Voltex “Win a Trailer” Competition – Terms and Conditions
- Promoter
1.1 The promoter of this competition is Voltex (Pty) Ltd (“Voltex”), in partnership with CBI (Pty) Ltd (“CBI”).
- Competition Period
2.1 The competition runs from 1 August 2025 to 30 November 2025, inclusive. No entries received after 23:59 SAST on 30 November 2025 will be considered.
- Eligibility
The competition is open to all Voltex customers who purchase R3 000 or more (VAT inclusive) worth of CBI products in a single transaction from any participating Voltex store or via www.voltex.co.za during the competition period.
Purchases may be made in-store or online but customers need to send their qualifying invoices to marketing@voltex.co.za.
The competition is open to South African residents only. Participants must be over the age of 18 and in possession of a valid RSA identity document or relevant documents.
No employees, directors, members, partners, agents, or consultants of Voltex, CBI, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Voltex or CBI in respect of the competition (including their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members) are eligible to enter or participate.
- How to Enter
To qualify, entrants must:
Purchase qualifying CBI products to the minimum value of R3 000 (VAT inclusive) in one transaction.
Email a clear copy of their invoice, together with their full name, contact number, and email address, to marketing@voltex.co.za before the closing date.
Each qualifying purchase will constitute one valid entry. Multiple entries are permitted if separate qualifying purchases are made.
- Prize Details
Two (2) leisure trailers will be awarded in total to two separate winners.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
The organisers reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected via a random draw conducted by the organisers after the competition closing date.
Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at entry.
If a winner cannot be reached within 30 days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected.
- General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The organisers reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.
By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, image, and likeness for marketing purposes related to this competition, without additional compensation.
All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Voltex’s Privacy Policy.
- Limitation of Liability
Voltex, CBI, and associated parties accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
- Governing Law
This competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
