The United States International Trade Commission (ITC) has ruled in favour of Reunert company Circuit Breaker Industries (CBI) after one of its competitors claimed that CBI was selling its hydraulic magnetic circuit breakers at less than fair value in the USA. All four ITC commissioners voted unanimously that there is no injury to US industry because of the products CBI imports. The ITC released a statement that as a result of the commission’s negative determination the investigation would end. CBI has steadily increased its export business to the USA over the past two years and started winning customers such as Hewlett Packard and Motorola, supplying circuit breakers for protection of power supplies.
